The equal opportunities policy seeks to avoid unfair and discriminatory action.

The aim of this procedure is to ensure that boys and girls of all cultures and racial backgrounds and physical and mental abilities are welcome.

I will try to share the experiences of different cultures of the world with your child and will through trips to the Library learn about different ways of life.

I will provide activities such as special events for Chinese New Year for example will bring this learning to life. I also require all children to behave in a non-discriminatory manner and hope they can give me their support in promoting an equal opportunity environment.
